You can use the “Unblock Limit” or “Always Block” strict mode and “Set Editing Passcode” type to prevent editing (or unblocking) unless a passcode is provided. For example, you can type a hard-to-memorize passcode and store it in a safe place, or share it with a friend.

You can use the “Unblock Limit” strict mode to limit unblocking to set number of times per day.

Refocus supports multiple, overlapping blocking sessions of different types:
“Block Now” allows you to block immediately for a specific duration (ex. block apps for 30 minutes to focus on a specific task).
“Schedule Blocking” allows you to automatically block at specific days and times (ex. block apps from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Some schedule ideas:
“Set Time Limits” allows you to automatically block once you’ve spent a specified duration on the selected apps (ex. block app after spending 15 minutes on it).

The Unblock Limit strict mode supports scanning an NFC tag as a requirement before unblocking. In other words, you can use a physical “key” as a way to enforce unblocking. Learn more
