Refocus supports multiple, overlapping blocking sessions of different types:
“Block Now” allows you to block immediately for a specific duration (ex. block apps for 30 minutes to focus on a specific task).
“Schedule Blocking” allows you to automatically block at specific days and times (ex. block apps from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday). Some schedule ideas:
“Set Time Limits” allows you to automatically block once you’ve spent a specified duration on the selected apps (ex. block app after spending 15 minutes on it).
You can use the “Deep Focus” strict mode with “Passcode” type to prevent unblocking unless a passcode is provided. For example, you can type a hard-to-memorize passcode and store it in a safe place, or share it with a friend.
The Deep Focus strict mode, with Unblock Limit type, supports scanning an NFC tag as a requirement before unblocking. In other words, you can use a physical “key” as a way to enforce unblocking. Learn more

You can use the “Deep Focus” strict mode with “Unblock Limit” type to limit unblocking to set number of times per day, where the each unblock is limited to a cooldown and a max unblock duration.
